Spend an hour or two in the sun (using sunscreen), you can enjoy some activity to do it, such as a barbecue with the family, running, walking, cycling; in short, something that doesn’t imply being static for so long in the sun.

After that time, take a shower and wash your hair normally. Also, try to use a good conditioner or styling cream, as the citric acid in lemon can dry out your hair. Wash with shampoo and conditioner.

This is a recipe that has been used for many years by our grandmothers to lighten or darken the hair tone. First, take into account several factors to apply Henna on the hair, for example: the more even the hair, the easier it is to achieve the desired result.

Also,  if you have several dyes in your hair, Henna will hardly work.

To get Henna, you can go to a health food store, select a beige or yellow color. It’s good to know that, being a natural product, it won’t last as long as a chemical product.

First, mix the Henna powder with boiling water in a container, mix well until you get a thick paste; in addition the hair must be clean and dry.

Then, wear gloves and apply the mixture to the hair, starting from the roots to the ends. Massage all hair and cover with plastic wrap; let it act for several hours.

The longer you leave it, the stronger the tone. Rinse with shampoo and conditioner.
