  • 1 liter of water
  • 1 gauze

What you should do?

  • Place the gauze in hot water and fold it in several parts to facilitate its application.
  • Add the unflavored gelatine to it and place it over all the painful areas.
  • Secure it with a rubber band and let it act for an hour.
  • Repeat the procedure every day until the pain goes away.

2. Gelatin with cold water

Through this remedy, we give the body significant amounts of proline and hydroxyproline, two essential amino acids that repair connective tissue and soothe joint, bone and muscle pain.

Ingredients

  • ½ tablespoon of unflavored gelatin (5 g)
  • ½ glass of ice water (100 ml)
  • ½ cup of warm water (100 ml)

What you should do?

  • Pour the unflavored gelatin into a glass of ice water and let it sit overnight.
  • The next morning, add the warm water to the mixture and place it in a bain-marie.
  • When you notice that the gelatin is ready, remove it from the heat and wait a few minutes to consume it.
  • Consume it on an empty stomach and wait at least half an hour for breakfast.
  • If you want to give it a more pleasant flavor, you can mix it with orange juice or any other fruit.

3. Natural milk gelatin
