  • Milk sweet.
  • 3 cups of flour (540 g).
  • 1 cup of oil (200 ml).
  • 3 medium eggs (180 g).
  • 1/2 tablespoon of salt (2.5 g).
  • 1 cup of powdered chocolate (100 g).
  • 2 cups of sugar (320 g).
  • 3 scoops of baking powder (12 g).
  • 2 cups of boiling water (480 ml).

  • 1/4 cup of butter (50 g).
  • 1/4 cup of water (50 ml)
  • 1 cup of sugar (200 g).
  • 1 scoop of cocoa powder (10 g).

How to prepare the pie

  1. Place the oven to preheat to 180 ÂșC while preparing the ingredients.
  2. In a bowl, place the dry ingredients. In other words, flour, powdered chocolate, sugar, powdered yeast and salt.
  3. Make a hole in the center and add the oil and eggs and stir slowly with a wooden spoon.
  4. As the dough needs more liquid, add boiling water until the mixture has a smooth, even consistency.  Don’t worry if you don’t use all the water.
  5. Sprinkle a pan with butter and flour to prevent the pie from sticking. Pour the mixture and place in a medium oven.
  6. After 45 minutes, stick with a toothpick and test if it comes out clean; if so, the pie will be ready. 
  7. Remove the pie from the pan, fill with dulce de leche and add the chocolate syrup.

How to prepare the chocolate syrup

  1. Place all ingredients in a bowl.
  2. Mix them while dissolving them in a bain marie.
  3. Once the mixture is ready, remove from heat and let it cool for 5 minutes at room temperature.
  4. Little by little, cover the pie with the mixture.

If you want, you can decorate with dried fruit (in pieces or whole), raspberries or other fruits, caramel, homemade jam, whatever you like and have at home.

  • One lemon zest (20 g).
  • 1 packet of unflavored gelatin (7 g).
  • 1 cup of heavy cream (200 g).
  • 1/2 can of condensed milk (100 g).

  • 2 cups of cream cheese (200 g).
  • 1 packet of unflavored gelatin (7 g).
  • 2 cups of heavy cream (200 g).
  • 1 cup of powdered chocolate (100 g)
  • 1/2 can of condensed milk (100 g).

to the base

  • 1 cup and 1/2 of melted butter (150 g).
  • 2 and 1/2 packets of chocolate chip cookies (250 g).

Method of preparation

  1. Process the chocolate chip cookies with the melted butter and place them in a mold and then in the refrigerator.
  2. Hydrate the gelatin with the juice of a lemon for a few minutes.
  3. Heat this juice in the microwave for 30 seconds and mix well. Mix with 1/2 can of condensed milk and cream.
  4. Put the cream in a bowl and beat until just right.
  5. Mix this cream with the lemon zest and mix well.
  6. Pour lemon cream over the base of processed biscuits. Then place another layer of chocolate chip cookies on top of it.
  7. To prepare chocolate cream, mix and beat all ingredients. Pour over cookie layer.
  8. Place the pie in the refrigerator and let it rest for at least 3 hours.
