  • 4 chicken fillets
  • 2 tablespoons of mustard
  • 3 tablespoons of honey
  • 3 tablespoons of oil
  • 1 glass of fresh orange juice
  • salt

Way of preparing

  • First, wash the meat thoroughly and preheat the oven to 180º C.
  • Later, in a bowl, add the mustard and oil and mix well.
  • Then add honey and freshly squeezed orange juice and continue mixing all ingredients.
  • Then, in an oven-safe container (best if made of clay), place the chicken and add salt and pepper.
  • Then pour the mustard, oil, honey and orange mixture into the chicken.
  • Finally, leave it in the oven for about 45 minutes.

  • 1 chicken cut into 4 pieces
  • 1 pepper
  • juice of an orange
  • juice of a lemon
  • 2 teaspoons of honey
  • 2 teaspoons of thyme
  • 1 cup of oil
  • 2 teaspoons of mustard
  • salt
  • chili
  • Oregano

Way of preparing

  • First, preheat the oven to 180º C.
  • Meanwhile, cut the potatoes and pepper. Then place them with the chicken on the baking sheet.
  • Then, in a bowl, add the rest of the ingredients, ie seasonings, juices and oil, and mix everything together.
  • Then , just pour this mixture over the chicken, potatoes and peppers and then mix. We must ensure that the sauce reaches all parts of the chicken.
  • Finally add a glass of water and bake for an hour.

Chicken With Lemon

Ingredients

  • 6 potatoes
  • 1 chicken cut into 6-8 pieces
  • 40 grams of honey
  • 60 grams of mustard
  • zest and two lemon juice
  • 3 or 4 cloves of garlic
  • 1 cube of chicken broth
  • Thyme (preferably fresh)
  • Oregano
  • Olive oil
  • salt
  • chili
  • Water

Way of preparing

First, let’s prepare the potatoes.

  • To do this, peel them, wash them well and cut them into pieces.
  • In a skillet, add about 4 tablespoons of oil and fry the potatoes until golden.
  • Afterwards, add pepper, salt and thyme.
  • Keep stirring everything in the pan until golden.
  • Reserve.

Next, let’s prepare the lemon sauce.

  • To do this, simply blend all the ingredients (garlic, bouillon cube, oregano, zest and lemon juice, about 50 grams of oil, honey, mustard and 200 ml of water).
  • Simply put, beat everything very well and set aside.
  • Later, in a baking dish, place the chicken and pour the sauce on top. We should bathe the chicken well so that the sauce gets in all the corners.
  • Then add the potatoes to the container, around the chicken.
  • Then cover the container with aluminum foil and bake for about half an hour at 200º C (in a preheated oven).
  • Finally, bake for another 10/15 minutes, this time without foil.
